Where do you ship in the US?

With multiple warehouses in the US,we strive to get your purchase to you as quickly as possible. Most orders shipping within the continental U.S. arrive within 3 to 5 business days of successful payment processing.We do not ship to Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and the Virgin Islands.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not currently ship to countries other than the United States, however, we do ship our toys to shops all over the world. If you contact us and tell us the name of your town and/or a nearby city, we will be happy to try to find some local stores that carry our products.

When will my order ship?

We process and ship packages Monday through Friday. We do not ship on Saturday, Sunday, or holidays. Please note that most items ship within one business day of successful payment processing.

How do I track my order?

We’ll send you a shipping confirmation email when your order ships. This email contains your package tracking number and the parcel carrier handling your shipment. You’ll be able to track your package by clicking on a button in that email. You can also check the status of your order anytime by first signing in to our site. This takes you directly to your Account page, where you will see an Order History section to find information on the shipping method and the tracking number. Delivery Exception

1.Delayed Delivery

If your order has not been received beyond the expected delivery time, please first check the logistics information through the logistics tracking number to understand the latest status of the package. If the query results show that the package is abnormal or there are no logistics updates, please contact us, and we will refund or resend according to the situation.

2.Missing Or Damaged Shipments

Please do not accept boxes with exterior damage. If the box has been delivered without your signature, contact the carrier before opening the package. The carrier will need to inspect the box and verify any damage before refund or replacement can occur.
